Small Giants Academy
At Small Giants Academy, we believe our economic system can and should work better for everyone, that business can be a force for good, and that it will take the very best version of humanity to get there. Change starts with the way we lead—through insight, courage, and collective responsibility.
Alongside a diverse network of partners, we support leaders from all industries and walks of life, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and community to act with impact, imagination, and purpose. We help leaders see the world as interconnected, to challenge old paradigms, and to create a more regenerative future for people and the planet.
We offer world-class leadership programs, a calendar of global events with renowned thinkers, and a nourishing community of change-makers. Through our centre for ideas, stories, and conversations, we foster brave spaces where leaders can show up fully, explore new paths, and act together to create systemic, lasting change.

Project The Argonauts Community
Field Leadership
Conversations and practices for Conscious Leaders
Creation of a year long series of conversations and practices with The Argonauts community of c-suite executives to explore the language of awareness in the body (us as one – body and mind) for conscious leadership. Drawn from the philosophy of conversation, physical senses, modern developmental psychology and neurobiology, reflections, evidence and practices cultivate trust and a sense of “home” in our bodies as we explore how our body intelligently guides us like a GPS for self-growth, decision making and outer impact.
“If the only thing people learned was to not be afraid of their own experience, that alone would change the world.”
